PURCHASING TIMELINE AND CONTRACTS

FIRST STEP: WHEN A NEW BREEDING IS ANNOUNCED ON THE WEBSITE, WE WILL START ACCEPTING $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ON THE UPCOMING LITTER ON A FIRST, COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 8 DEPOSITS ON THE UPCOMING LITTER WILL BE ACCEPTED, AND WE WILL ASK THE BUYERS TO INDICATE WHICH PICK, MALE OR FEMALE, THEY ARE INTERESTED IN. SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THE PUP YOU RESERVED, YOU WILL HAVE THE CHOICE OF HAVING YOUR DEPOSIT REFUNDED OR SWITCHED TO ANOTHER PUP, IF ANY ARE STILL AVAILABLE. IF FEWER PUPS ARE BORN THAN DEPOSITS RECEIVED, YOU WILL HAVE THE CHOICE OF A REFUND OR THE TRANSFER OF YOUR DEPOSIT TO A FUTURE LITTER. OTHERWISE, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

SECOND STEP: AFTER RECEIVING YOUR DEPOSIT, I WILL EMAIL YOU WITH A CONFIRMATION OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. I WILL ALSO, AT THAT TIME, EMAIL YOU A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR PUPPY. THIS CONTRACT WILL SHOW THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE SELLER AND OF THE  BUYER. PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS AS YOU WANT THEM TO APPEAR ON THE CONTRACT. IT WILL ALSO SHOW THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT ($200), THE PRICE  FOR THE PUP (ACCORDING TO YOUR PICK POSITION IN THE LITTER), THE SHIPPING COSTS, IF REQUIRED, AND A “NO LATER THAN” SHIPPING DATE OR PICK UP DATE. THIS DATE CAN BE CHANGED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT, IF NEEDED.

THIRD STEP: WHEN THE PUPS ARE AROUND 4-6 WEEKS OLD, THE WEBSITE WILL BE UPDATED WITH INDIVIDUAL PICTURES OF THE PUPS AND A SHORT VIDEO OF THE LITTER. AT 6 WEEKS OLD, I WILL CONTACT THE BUYERS, IN THE ORDER OF THE PICK POSITIONS, AND ASK THEM TO CHOOSE THEIR PUP AT THAT TIME.

FOURTH STEP: IF THE PUP IS BEING SHIPPED, THE FINAL PAYMENT IN FULL (INCLUDING THE COST OF SHIPPING) MUST BE RECEIVED ABOUT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE PLANNED SHIPPING DATE. AFTER RECEIVING THE PAYMENT IN FULL, I WILL EMAIL YOU A RECEIPT AND SNAIL MAIL YOU THE REGISTRATION PAPERS FOR THE PUP, THE RECORD OF SHOTS AND WORMING, COPIES OF THE DAM AND SIRE’S PEDIGREES AND REGISTRATION PAPERS, AND GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS PACKET WILL COME IN A 9 X 12 MANILA ENVELOPE AND WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED FOR THE CONTRACT.

IF THE PUP IS BEING PICKED UP, THE PAYMENT IF FULL IS REQUIRED AT THAT TIME, AND A RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED. THE PAPERS FOR THE PUP WILL ALSO BE GIVEN AT THAT TIME.

FIFTH STEP: BEFORE YOUR PUP CAN BE SHIPPED TO YOU OR PICKED UP, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU SIGN A LIABILITY RELEASE STATING THAT YOU AGREE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE PICKED UP YOUR PUP, YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE ANIMAL AND HOLD US, THE SELLER, HARMLESS OF ANY FURTHER LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ANIMAL. IF THE PUP IS BEING SHIPPED, I WILL EMAIL YOU A COPY OF THIS RELEASE. PLEASE PRINT THE DOCUMENT, FILL IN YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, DATE AND SIGN THE PAPER, AND MAIL IT TO US WITH YOUR FINAL PAYMENT, ABOUT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE PLANNED SHIPPING DATE. IF THE PUP IS GOING TO BE PICKED UP, YOU WILL SIGN THE RELEASE THE DAY YOU PICK HIM UP.

ALL PUPS ARE CHECKED BY OUR VET BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OR PICKED UP. THE HEALTH  CERTIFICATE, REQUIRED BY THE AIRLINES FOR SHIPPING, IS ALWAYS PROVIDED
